MACHINE OPERATORS

Machine Operators are responsible for utilizing industrial machinery to manipulate sheet metal in accordance with production schedule. Position requirements include:

  • 1+ years' experience operating Press Brake, Shear, Plasma Cutter and/or Plate Roller machines
  • Ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds with the use of overhead hoists and magnetic lifting devices
  • Experience reading a protractor, tape measure and blueprints
  • Ability to follow work orders and bills of material

INDUSTRIAL PAINTERS

Painters are responsible for preparing, priming and applying paint to large manufactured steel products in accordance with production schedule and customer specifications. Position requirements include:

  • 2+ years' experience with large-scale manufacturing application of industrial primer and paint using an airless spray gun and associated tasks including masking products and paint preparation, storage and waste disposal
  • Ability to following work orders and bills of material
  • Ability to wear appropriate PPE including full-body paint suit and supplied air respirator

BLASTERS

Blasters are responsible for preparing large manufactured steel products for the paint stage of the manufacturing process in accordance with production schedule. Position requirement include:

  • 1+ years' experience with large-scale manufacturing grit blast operation and associated tasks including preventative maintenance of associated equipment, masking products, etc.
  • Ability to follow work orders and bills of material
  • Ability to wear appropriate PPE including full-body blast suit and supplied air hood

WELDERS

Welders are responsible for welding metal components to fit, join, fabricate and/or repair products in accordance with production schedule and customer specifications. Position requirements include:

  • 1+ years' MIG and/or Flux Core welding experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to pass flat, vertical and overhead-position lap/fillet weld test, adjust welding machine for different material thickness & operate a cutting torch and grinder
  • Experience using a tape measure, reading work orders & bills of material and interpreting blueprints, measurements and symbols
  • Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment with reasonable instructions & supervision
